The Napoli Residence was initially constructed in 2008 and upon being finished was photographed by the legendary architectural photographer Julius Shulman. The Napoli Residence was one of his last subjects before passing away at the age of 98 the following year.
2020
12 years after the project’s initial construction, Nest Architecture Inc was hired by the new owner of the property to design a complete remodel of the Napoli Residence. With the addition of a basement, the new design increases the area of the home from 6700sqft to 11000sqft while keeping the original footprint of the building.
