Recent commercial projects include the just completed St. Paul Medical Center in Hawthorne California and 8335 Sunset Boulevard Executive Office Suites in West Hollywood. The St. Paul Medical Center photos will be posted soon.

Commercial projects under construction include renovation of the AllweinÕs Carpet One in Annville which features a 100Õ long uplit steel and polycarbonate canopy and 12 foot high waterwall. Nest is also acting as OwnerÕs Representative on a radiology center in North Cornwall and is serving on the long-range planning team at Dutch Wonderland amusement park.
